Hi everyone! My name is Marjorie! Don't let the serious face fool you, I am a happy girl with a friendly, loving personality. I am an absolute delight and a couch potato in the making. I am about 4 years old and I weigh 45 lbs. I love taking walks and playing in the yard. When playtime is over, I am perfectly content to lounge and spend time with my people. I love being petted and scratched. I have the best underbite - so much personality that I make people smile all the time. When it's time for cuddles, I will lean in and melt into you for affection and a well-deserved belly rub. I just love to love. I also like to roll in the grass, meet new humans and wag my tail so hard that it hits me in the belly. I like treats a lot - any kind, any time, any place. I will sit on command like a good girl. I will chase a ball, tag it with my nose, then it's your job to go get it; afterall, you're the one who threw it. I walk pretty well on a leash -- I have places to go and friends to meet. I am very interested in playing with other dogs. I haven't met a "cat" yet, but if you have cats, I know a couple hoomans that would temperament test me. Pippa has the cutest little underbite. This little litter of 10 week old Chihuahua/Pekingese pups are going to be altered on Thursday this week, and then should be available this Saturday, November 12 at our Petco adoption site.

I didn't do much today, hung around and read with the pup for a while and watched some hockey.
The Habs play Buffalo tomorrow night, they're very close to clinching a playoff spot. It has been 2 years since the Habs played a Stanley Cup Playoff game, it has been a long time coming for us Habs fans.

7 month old Chihuahua/Terrier mix Nod has been back with BARK for nearly a month. I suspect that the small children in Nod's previous house terrorized him, or at least their very presence did. Nod's favorite place to be is sitting on a human's lap or being held. He is not really a "nervous" dog, but can get a little startled. Nod is making weekly progress and we know it will not be long before he finds a wonderful home he deserves.
Ava has this weird way of blinking one eye at a time. She also has a pronounced underbite and her upper lip frequently gets all stuck up in there.
So, this is how she rolls.
Notice the lone tooth sticking out on the right.
With the underbite she kind of looks like the dog from "The NeverEnding Story".
