Tweak of Dave Short's params 8jan9p1. I loved playing with this one, lots of possibilities.

The final recent change involved sliding the shifter forward on the handlebars about 2-1/2 inches. This lets the shifter cable housing seat better against the shifter and keeps things from going out of alignment up there.
