ALCo RSC2 (built 1948) was parked at Tunes in April 1996. Tunes is a junction on the singletrack mainline from Barreiro to Faro. The Lagos branch passes in front of the locomotive.

* The mirror that came with a ghost and whether or not it is possible to tell a ghost to go away, or does it tick them off?

* My theory about reincarnation and the number of lives you get and why

* Why positive people attract negative people. Sharing negativity.

* Why you have to change who you are to change everything around you and how long it takes.

* Forgiveness.

* Why I am a terrible judge of character and is it actually a good thing? (with my friend pointing out all of the people I was wrong about.... hey! Thanks for that! But, truthfully, I really don’t care...it’s not going to change.)

* Why it takes so long to learn the things you need to know and by the time you learn them, it’s too late.

* How to totally clear your mind and what it means to clear your mind and the importance of the first thought that comes into your mind after clearing your mind and where that thought comes from and what it means ( I didn't get this!). And they didn’t believe me when I said that I have no trouble totally clearing my mind and having no thoughts at all... I can’t do it for long, but I can do it... and they told me I need to work on that and do it longer... because it’s important ... and then one of them said.... Look! She’s doing it right now! (Yes, I do have a way of totally tuning people out, too...it’s probably not a good thing....or sometimes, maybe it is a very good thing!)

* Why some people know why they are “here” and others don’t ever figure it out. And some of us.... have to do it all again.... in our next life.

And then there was something about Karma being burned up when you get to be 63 years old... and then you can have fun. Hmmm....

Strangest dinner conversation ever... and I blame Ed... and we didn’t even invite him.... he just showed up... and never left. I didn’t understand most of it... and some of it... just got tuned out! ; )
