Busy industrial type landscapes with lots of things to look at; lines, angles and details galore are favourite photographic subjects of mine. Shipping harbours are included in this category. Newcastle, in New South Wales, is great for watching the big ships and tug boats come in and out between port and sea and whilst there recently, I took some time out to shoot some of the maritime action.

A tug boat hauls a dredge down Seneca Lake. The tug was pulling three sections behind it. First was a barge with equipment, second the dredger and what I think was it's operations center. The third section appeared to be living quarters.

Iva Louise's pink vulture is the most coveted item in the yard right now. When not tugging it, the girls are nearly always carrying it around together. They are so cute.

Meet "Tug", a 1991 Ford E-350 based Ambulance. Everything is still installed except for the Stinger and medical equipment, and the previous owner even installed a fridge and mini microwave. Tug will be my tow vehicle to pull Junior around to events.
