Rover School is in session...
Another rover type we were introduced to in Basic Rover Operations 101 was the message interception rover.
This example was built by Spyrius TeleCom Inc, the telecommunications mega-conglomerate. They use rovers like this one to monitor civilian communication on planets all around the galaxy.
Our teacher explained that this is done for our safety and is perfectly legal. The information that they collect is used to form the algorithms that direct us to the things they know we would enjoy or find useful. They also monitor communications to weed out any potential troublemakers.
Besides, you agreed to it when you ticked the little box marked "Terms of Service".

This spot is incredible, Now I agree Dover isn't the regular 'I've gotta drop a piece there' kinda spot but this one is on the main street outside the harbour/docks so upon arrival in the UK I like to welcome y'all in..

Sunny summer morning. Calm weather. No wind. The river reflects the blue cloudless sky. The water is silky smooth like a mirror. Peace and tranquility everywhere. I've been pretty uninspired OC-wise lately, but this contest got me going a little.
The Troublemakers are a gang of teenage supervillains. They don't have any world-conquering schemes, they just fight heroes for the fun of it.

Poltergeist: Katherine Ward possesses extremely strong telekinetic abilities, and an extensive repertoire of practical jokes.
Emo: Anastasia Terr is able to bring any drawing or artwork to life for as long as she is in the vicinity. She has a dragon tattooed on her shoulder as her primary weapon.
Audiophile: Joseph Klingen absorbs vibrations and turns them into physical strength and durability.
Helve: Alyssa Tallar manifests bladed darts that she can control.
