I'm a troublemaker, never been a faker

Doing things my own way and never giving up

I'm a troublemaker, not a double-taker

I don't have the patience to keep it on the up

I'm going to be a star and people will crane necks

To get a glimpse of me and see if I am having sex

And studying my moves, they try to understand

Why I am so unlike the singers in the other bands

I'm such a mystery as anyone can see

There isn't anybody else exactly quite like me

And when it's party time, like 1999

I'll party by myself because I'm such a special guy~

Some people, who visit me, are truly shocked to see Hansel for the first time. 'Is he gay?' - they ask and honestly, I'm always amused by their reactions, when I answer: 'Yes, he is. All of my doll are gay too.'

A new character I designed this past week. A troublemaking pudgy boy who spray paints, and causes problems for everyone. I enjoyed creating a character that can fit into the graff world, since I feel its a big influence in my art lately.

I also enjoyed finally working with colors again since I haven't worked with colors since my "robot academy" series.

She likes the sunlight in my home office. And apparently she also likes to shed hair all over my Rickshaw bag. *sigh*

Since the depart of Lord Damaximus, Princess Margot visited everyday Little Flower Island, one of the many small islands around La Sombra. Being on the island made her dream about the many beautifull moments the young couple had here since Trador was founded. As hectic and chaotic life was, when they were on the island, it felt like being on another planet. She lost track how long it has been since her husband left searching something on the other side of this world. There was no word since they left Fiji in the Lotus Empire. So many things could have been happened. But still she firmly believed he would return one day. One day he would arise out of the Ocean. And they would be speechless as they would not know where to start.

Little did she know that today, she would be surprised by her husband.

with my friends Caro and Phil LaPorta. Caro made the scale-armor mask she is wearing! PS: For the curious, this is as close as you will ever see me to being completely makeup free. It was not THAT hot outside, but by late afternoon (and no real opportunities for touch-ups) pretty much everything had sweated off!

PERSONAL FUN FACT: I was so ecstatic to find this Luxe doll at the local flea market in June of 2021. Despite the fact that L.O.L.s had been out for a few years, I had not encountered them secondhand much in the past. In fact, the only time I had happened upon loose L.O.L.s prior was the year before. The dolls were $6 each, were rather filthy, and were missing things like cups and shoes. Although it was apparent that not all the L.O.L.s in the "Flea Market Surprise Lot" were complete, they were quite the bargain. The seller didn't even realize he had dolls when Colleen inquired about the price. It was easy to get a deal--$10 for the whole box! Luxe was one of the L.O.Ls that immediately stuck out to me. She wasn't necessarily a character I wanted specially before. However, I did remember her from my research, and knew she was one of the older dolls. Currently, as I'm typing this in July of 2021, Luxe is the oldest L.O.L. in my collection. Her color scheme is fascinating--gold and turquoise. It's perfectly fitting because her name is Luxe. But my favorite feature by far HAS to be her twinkly eyes. I adore it when dolls have special shaped eye dots, like Luxe's stars. She reminds me of Beautiful Hair Ariel or an early 90s Barbie!

Grizfolk's first single to be released tonight worldwide, Troublemaker. Here is a portrait I shot of the band in June.

I'm sorry this is so hard to view on Flickr. Some images just don't work here.

I'm thinking this one should be billboard size ;)

My favorite little fellow is at it again. Its his big sister's tail he's messing with. Unfortunately was very focused on him. Would love to have gotten her reaction.

Jade seems to be giving a look that says, "Go ahead, make me move." while in a place she knows she doesn't belong.

Here's to the crazy ones,

the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.
