And now for something different: Compared to Gran Via and Russafa, the old centre of Valencia offers different views when you wander through the narrow alleys....
Easing south on BNSF (former Frisco) trackage, a Golden Triangle Railroad job has a healthy cut of boxcars in tow. Soon they'll hang a right onto the KCS Tuscaloosa Subdivision for a short jaunt across Tom Bevill's Ditch and back to home rails.
Now for something all together more colourful.
I was in Salford, Manchester yesterday and as we finished early I managed to fit in a short visit to the Lowry before I had to come home. The lght was more fitting for interior than exterior shots.

Another client who loved this kind of more 'antique' image of flowers, she did not know which flowers, but there was a colour-scheme in which these fitted!
Of course I could not resist taking some just for me...

Triangle Posture, Trikonasana- it is a standing pose that opens and lengthens muscles and joints in both upper as well as lower body. It relieves tightness and pain from the shoulders & chest, arms & legs. It increases mental and physical focus. Practicing this posture brings inner calm and steadiness in ones actions and reactions. Repeat pose on both sides of the body and hold the posture for several breaths or as long as it takes to feel the release, openness and calm. Photo was taken in Layton, Florida, in the Middle Florida Keys in late December.

Arley Hall
The gardens of Arley Hall are amongst the finest in Britain, having been lovingly created by the same family over 250 years.
They are a wonderful example of the idea that the best gardens are living, changing works of art.
Outstanding features are the renowned double herbaceous border, the avenue of giant Ilex columns, Victorian Rootree and the breathtaking array of roses, perennials, flowering shrubs and the sheer variety of rhododendrons, azaleas and specimen trees in The Grove.

I was very surprised to read that less than 30% of recyclable containers get recycled. Remember to recycle. It's better for the earth and helps the economy.

Polyethylene Terephthalate (PETE or PET)
A One (1) inside the triangle indicates the plastic is polyethylene terephthalate, which is shortened to PET or PETE. This symbol is normally found on bottles for soft drinks and water; salad dressing, peanut butter, and vegetable oil containers; and mouthwash bottles.
PET bottles can be recycled into new containers, pallet straps, paneling, carpet and clothing fibers, and fiberfill for soft furnishings and sleeping bags.
Although there is demand for recycled PET, the recycling rate in the U.S. was 29.2% in 2017, the latest year for which data was available, according to the National Association for PET Container Resources (NAPCOR) and the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR).
Like at the square cross, it is possible to tessellate with the other polygon cross modules.
This is an example with the triangle cross module. To get a more regular look, I just hide some paper of the nose of the module.
