Read to quilt! I wasn't going to put on a border at all but decided it needed to something to make the pattern pop. I didn't want a large border, just something small. Since I love purple, and it is the least featured colour in the charm pack, I settled on a small purple border.
I bought one Moda 'Freebird' charm pack and created 80 half square triangles to make a wall quilt to hang above my desk. This is how I set out the quilt. At the time I was playing with chevron designs and rearranged the coloured blocks to get this pattern.
