West London.

The pub where the "perfumed ponce" scene in Withnail & I takes place. It's had a succession of names in real life, but the extremely friendly and hospitable new landlord has renamed it after the fictional pub. Which is odd, given how publicity-shy the poor chap seems to be. (See this discussion on whether photography is becoming illegal in London for more.)

[edit May 2011] After various further changes of name, this pub has now not only closed, but has been demolished.
