Hanging out on the shed after I put up the mower.

Spotted him from afar.....he was nestled in the center of a leaf.

Crop of side view to show detail. It's so cool how the brown on the side of his head looks like bark while the rest of him/her is green like leaves. The wonder of camouflage in nature!

First time using the ITT MagicFlash with my SX-70. Luckily the treefrog was patient with me.

A Gray Treefrog perched on one of my hummingbird feeders in Norman, OK.

We found three gray treefrogs in the pool yesterday afternoon. I continue in my quest to get a picture of the yellow underside of their legs...

Marla startled this pacific tree frog who was hiding in the grass in WIldcat Canyon, Contra Costa County. He accommodated me with this photogenic pose log enough to get a couple of shots.

Or, in this case, window frog. I spotted this little one high up on a window at the local strip mall. I'm guessing it's either a green treefrog (Hyla cinerea) or a squirrel treefrog (Hyla squirella).

Lakefield National Park, far north Queensland. Nobody uses this one obviously!

This tree frog is the real deal. He had to jump on my truck mirror at my house and hung on tight for the 10 mile ride to Wal-Mart. I didn't see him until I was parked. I was able to open the door, catch him and move him to the bushes!
