Transdev Blazefield’s investment in Rosso continued in May 2019 with the refurbishment of Wright Eclipse 2 bodied Volvo B7RLE 1715 (DX12OWB) to support branded routes when the usual branded buses are not available. Its seats had been re-upholstered in bespoke Transdev Blazefield moquette and it had been fitted with WiFi, USB power sockets, and new Ticketer ticket machine to enable contactless payment. It was repainted in the new generic two-tone yellow Rosso livery and carried promotional messages for contactless payment on its sides and rear. It was photographed at Bury Interchange on 21 May 2019, its second day in service after refurbishment, when it was helping on the Red 4 branded route to Ramsbottom.
This bus was new to Minsterley Motors, Stiperstones in March 2012 and was acquired by Rossendale Transport in December 2015, numbered 209 and was repainted in red and white Rosso livery with branding for the 464 (Accrington to Rochdale), although the route branding was removed after new Optare Versas entered service on the 464 at the end of October 2018.
