Volvo B7TL/Wright Gemini double decker 403 stands at York Railway station during the late afternoon while operating throught to Thornton-Le-Dale. The 840 service from Leeds would normally venture on to Whitby, but because of the very deep snow which fell during the last week. The A169 which leads to Whitby has been closed and Yorkshire Coastliner have not operated to the seaside resort. 403 still retains the very bright and in my opinion the best blue livery applied to the Coastliner fleet. One has to wonder if the scheme applied to 1064 recently could replace the scheme on 403.?

Seen here at Bolton moor lane bus station and has just been repainted into new Lancashire United liv (I belive as a spare bus for the x80)
With two Optare Versa's out playing on the 14 local service for Transdev York, both 1064 and here 1015 were out on the 844. Still painted in the Veiola style livery 1015, pauses before continiuing on the final leg of the 844 service.
