And if the terrors of the night
Come creeping into your days
And the world comes stealing children from your room
Guard your innocence from hallucination
And know that darkness always gathers around the light
If there is a light
We can't always see
And there is a world
We can't always be
If there is a dark
Now we shouldn't doubt
And there is a light
Don't let it go out
----------------
Y si los terrores de la noche
Vienen arrastrándose cada día
Y el mundo viene robando niños de tu habitación
Protege tu inocencia de las alucinaciones
Y sabes que las tinieblas siempre se reúnen alrededor de la luz
Si hay una luz
No siempre podemos ver
Y hay un mundo
No siempre podemos ser
Si hay una oscuridad
Ahora no deberíamos dudar
Y hay una luz
No dejes que se apague.

A statue of St Stephen, the first king of Hungary, looks towards the spectacular Matthias Church in the Castle District in Buda.
We had a little bit of sunshine this morning and I took a walk on the fields and to a nearby cutflower field where I took this photo. About 30 minues later the rain started and it has been raining constantly ever since. I wish I could send some of our rain to areas which desperately need it.
How can you not be inspired by what has been named Cathedral Rock ... quite glorious to see in the early morning light as the sun comes up.
Sedona is quite spiritual that is for sure.
I got a message from Svitlana from Kherson, Ukraine today and I'd like to share it with you... the hope and the despair told by someone who is forced to live it.
"We really, really hope, Eva, that next week will be better. On Friday evening, the fights took place on the outskirts of our town. And we really hoped that by Saturday morning, the occupiers would be gone. They, indeed, went somewhere before the battle, but then returned again and set up roadblocks. After the events in Bucha, we are now afraid not of endless shelling, but of violence against our children. We don't have weapons, so it hurts my soul that I won't be able to protect my son and my 13-year-old daughter.
We live in the expectation that our troops will still move closer to Kherson and liberate it. Today in Kherson, the invaders dispersed a rally with shots, and instead of the Ukrainian flag they hung their rag on the building of the city administration. All day long searched all cars and checked documents. They say they're looking for their deserters. After ours defeated an entire company near Nikolaev, many deserted today. They don't want to die for ideals they don't understand, but that doesn't make them any less evil. A cornered beast is even more dangerous. But we will try to survive."
This blue hour photograph was taken from the Queen Elizabeth Walk looking towards Marina Bay Sands. It was a slightly windy evening. The Singapore River reflected the street lights and from the Esplanade and Jubilee Bridges.
Ho ripreso sempre dallo stesso punto verso un'altra direzione, gli alberi sembrano ornarsi con i colori autunnali.
****
I just took this photo from the same point to another direction, the trees seem to decorate with autumn colors.
Golden hues turn to jade.
Once again my domain's expiring in April check out my blog while you can.
(I might have considered renewing if more people had checked it out, I was even originally planning on posting instructions and techniques).
In other news: I was asked on Instagram why on earth I don't sell prints. The answer is...well nobody ever asked.
