anyways it works perfect, the screen is amazing, and its fairly easy to type on oh and it is REAAALLY THIN. i freakin love it. yes i'm obsessed. apple is by far the best computer company in the world, and steve jobs is my hero. :DD

Testing out the video capability from the Nikon D500, the long awaited successor to the D300s, on a drizzly, cold day.
The flip out touchscreen is a long time coming feature added to this weather sealed pro level APS-C DSLR. 4K video capability looks good, but at a penalty of 2.25x crop on this already cropped sensor. So the 24-70 focal length lens attached becomes a 54-158 mm zoom equivalent field of view. Great for sports and nature videographers, but not so great for trying to get that wide shot.

This months photo challenge theme for my local camera club is "Macro". Not sure what I'll do or try to say with my other image, but this was the first idea that came to mind.

Can't for the life of me figure out what app I was using for these collages. Probably 2D or Procreate, but I don't find any evidence in the galleries of either app on my device.

No, here is nothing with "Drag and drop" like a tablet computer or a smartphone. The movement of jellies is on their own ;-)
Apropos touch: Bad idea to touch yellyfish-
Touching or being touched by a jellyfish can be very uncomfortable, sometimes requiring medical assistance; sting effects range from no effect to extreme pain to death. Even beached and dying individuals can still sting when touched.

Jellies have roamed the seas for at least 500 million years, and possibly 700 million years or more, making them the oldest multi-organ animal.

Nein, hier ist nichts mit "Ziehen und Fallenlassen" wie beim PDA, Tablet PC oder Smartphone. Die Quallen bewegen sich von ganz alleine ;-)
Apropos Touch: Keine gute Idee eine Qualle berühren zu wollen- Bei Menschen verursacht bei Berührung das über die Nesselzellen abgesonderte Sekret meist einen brennenden Schmerz, Hautrötungen oder juckende Ausschläge (Blasenbildungen, Schwellungen). Unbehandelt ist die Wirkung mit einer leichten Verbrennung zu vergleichen, es können über Monate sichtbare Pigmentveränderungen oder sogar Narben zurückbleiben. Das Gift einiger weniger Arten kann Atembeschwerden, Brechreiz oder gar einen Kreislaufkollaps verursachen.
Quallen im Shanghai Ocean Aquarium.
Quallen bevölkern seit mehr als 500 Millionen Jahren die Weltmeere. Diese Qalle ist im Shanghai Ocean Aquarium aufgenommen. Im Hintergrund lief übrigens klassische Musik. Ich stand über eine Stunde staunend vor den Quallen.
