Air Atlanta Icelandic flight ABD764 with the TF-AMP touches down on Runway 25 at Rockford, IL on a 9 hour flight from Frankfurt, Germany.
Sometimes I wonder why I love so much to work on sky textures, tones, lights...
Maybe it's because it gives me a vast space to play with, this "negative space" that is so positive to me!! It's trough these negative spaces that I can express things I want to say but for which I don't always have the words.
They certainly represent a kind of continuation of my thoughts :)

These photos were taken during the Spring 2009 migration of the Sandhill Cranes. About 20,000 of them pass through Colorado on their way to summer breeding grounds near Yellowstone. The Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge is in the San Luis Valley of Colorado, surrounded by 14,000' mountains and covered in farmland and wetlands.
This photo was made for Richard Renaldi's Touching Strangers project (www.touchingstrangers.org). "Since 2007, Richard Renaldi has been working on a series of photographs that involve approaching and asking complete strangers to physically interact while posing together for a portrait. Working on the street with a large format eight-by-ten-inch view camera, Renaldi encounters the subjects for his photographs in towns and cities all over the United States. He pairs them up and invites them to pose together, intimately, in ways that people are usually taught to reserve for their close friends and loved ones."
My photo was taken at at the TEDx Leiden event (www.tedx-leiden.nl). These strangers did not need much direction in terms of making a connection.
Baima snow mountain
Yunnan Province, China
Heading toward Kawakarpo in the far northwest of Yunnan (and approaching Tibet) , the long and winding road is breathtaking as views of unusual geology and the Baima snow mountain reserve come into view. They were shrouded in snow storm clouds for much of the day but occasionally they peaked through enough for us to stop and snap a couple.
The day was bleak but for some reason flickr seems to not want to show the yellow trees very well :\

my lips for more photos. After 4 months of not dressing, I was pleased how the make-up came out. I even attached false eyelashes without much hassle (but I need new lashes and glue).
Morning light greet the lands and its warm meet the cold air. Anytime balance happens and it is good to feels this wisdom of nature. (Sunrise situation at Bromo's area)
