Toploader (the last British band to play at the old Wembley Stadium when they supported Bon Jovi) played a great set at Upbeat. They have just announced a new album and tour.
I got this One-of-a-kind, hand-drawn piece of original trading card art by cartoonist C. Michael Hall. This unique card (NOT a reproduction!) is drawn on Strathmore Bristol paper using pencil, Microns, brush, and India ink. All materials are archival quality. The card is 2.5"x3.5" and came in a protective sleeve and toploader., recently from eBay to add to my Tick Trading Card Collection. Currently it's sitting on top of my desk doing a great job cheering my up! It was drawn pencilled and penned by C. Michael Hall (you can call him Mike) who has been writing and drawing professionally since the late 1990's and was the original managing editor for comics publisher Ape Entertainment. He is best known for the series of educational comics he created for academic and public libraries from 2011 to 2015, and recently co-wrote an information literacy textbook in graphic novel format for the University of Chicago Press. He was a reviewer, columnist, and cartoonist for ACE Magazine and has produced advertising for print and other media. In addition to his freelance work, Mike has taught college courses in comics and cartooning. He has a Bachelor of Science in History and Politics from McPherson College (Kansas) and resides in the Chicago area. You can find more about him at cmichaelhall.blogspot.com/

The one on the left is the first one I remember seeing at a friends house being played on a toploader NES!

Only the free bit. Toploader and the Undertones drew a massive crowd, who were content to text and get stoned. Since they were wasting my time, I'm going to waste yours with an onslaught of photography from the day.
