The ghost effect was not photoshopped. It was a long exposure and I left the frame at 7 sec. then Andy left at 9 sec. That makes it so the camera captures the light from behind us.
This building is actually not Tudor at all. It only dates back to 1925 — and was originally a cunning disguise for something the Tudors could only dream of. Beneath the hut was an electricity substation for the Charing Cross Electricity Company. It was necessary for the station to have a private, above-ground entrance and, as there had been a hut there before dating back to the 1870s, this design was thought a fitting piece of architectural camouflage.
During the second world war, the space under the hut took on a new role, as a bomb shelter. Leslie Hardcastle, president of the Soho Society explains what conditions were like inside: "It was lined with about 12 inches of brick and had concrete as a roof.
"It could take about 150 to 200 people initially although that became less when they put tiers of bunks in. The only facility was a toilet and it could get quite smelly with all the people down there."
Nowadays the hut is little more than a shed. It's filled with gardening tools, used to keep Soho Square prim and pretty.
But the hut's future might be somewhat different: in 2015, reports surfaced that Westminster Council was attempting to sell the space underneath. It's said the council wants a restaurant to move in — although that might be a hard sell, considering that any subterranean diners would have to contend with noise from the nearby tunnels, of both the Northern line and Crossrail. Maybe it could be marketed as an earthquake experience restaurant?
For now the hut remains a simple repository for spades and wheelbarrows.

Me deu agonia ficar ~cazunhatudamassada e resolvi passar logo para a próxima letra, daí topei com um esmaltinho que está na lista do desafio Comprei Pelo Vidrinho, que eu estava fazendo quando tive uma crise violenta de urticária e acabei largando pelo meio, e como se trata de um topper e é verde, eu tive a brilhante -sqn- idéia de upar com ele o holo Green, mesmo em mau estado. ¬¬'
Hot Topic é mais uma marquinha da qual eu só possuo 3 vidrinhos e apenas um deles havia sido usado. O Creep Show tem base jelly num tom de verde fluorescente e partículas holográficas do tamanho de glitter comum (não sei se é glitter mesmo, pq não fica áspero na unha).
Ele é super transparente e sozinho não deve cobrir nem com dez camadas. Tranquilo de aplicar, uma camada foi suficiente, mas é preciso padronizar a espessura da camada em todas as unhas, ou fica uma de cada cor, como foi o meu caso ehehe. Seca logo, porém sem muito brilho, mas não passei TC pq tinha camada demais antes dele além dos amassados.
Resultado: não curti. Achei que a combinação das cores e dos acabamentos dos dois esmaltes não foi feliz. O Creep Show ~matou boa parte da holografia do Green e acabou ficando com um tom estranho, no meio do caminho entre chartreuse e verde caquento (curiosamente, dois tons de verde que eu amo). A foto principal disfarça, pq é com flash (achei que o fundo preto combinava mais com a caveirinha auahahu), mas nos coments tem uma foto com a cor fiel.
De qualquer forma, valeu a experiência, quando eu retomar o desafio dos vidrinhos tento fazer uma combinação melhor.
Ah! ele brilha no escuro, tem fotos péssimas nos coments. =P

After a few days of frost with temperatures -3, 0 degrees, overnight there was snowfall and fog which caused havoc across many parts of the UK. Locally was much the same.
