A very red-faced Mac Jr after beating me 10-7 at football in the garden today. He's getting better all the time, whereas I'm getting older and fatter, was carrying a camera, and perhaps more importantly have learnt the value of not inflicting crushing defeats on my children just because I can :)

Like many in Suffolk I am unable to get an NHS Dentist. My dentist practice decided to go private and charge £240 for 1 appointment a year and 10% of any treatment costs.
We have so many problems in the UK at the moment but its time we wake up to this one. Or perhaps you feel this is fair? Or is this a slippery slope to the privatisation of the whole of the NHS?The following are shots from a protest in Bury St Edmunds.
So Kitty apparently have that horrible tooth disease called FORL which makes the teeth dissolve. It's not very pretty. There is no cure, and it's super common. It's so common it's not covered by insurance.. at least not in Sweden.
She lost 6 teeth today, including 2 fangs, and I $1360.
She's had a total of 8 teeth removed by now. The vet wants to check up on her in 8months to see the state of the other teeth. He also said that it's hard to take out all the fangs, due to stability of the jaw and such so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do if it turns out they are bad by then.. if it's the right thing to do to her. Pets...
She's also the worlds most expensive farm cat, a collector of illnesses. I don't even want to know how much money I've spent on her vet bills.. (insure your cats).
So far her list consists of

* diabetes, 2010

* weird lump on head, 2011
* strange coughs which is probably asthma
* two bad teeth removed, 2013
* six teeth removed, 2014
Pleaaaase let this be it.
So after watching the second HTTYD movie, I decided that I really wanted to build a Toothless of my own, but alas, it was not an easy task. I searched Flickr in hopes of finding a Toothless, and I did. "Stormbringer" had built one, and a good one at that! But there was no manual or tutorial explaining how to build it, so after sitting for about an hour and rummaging through my collection of Lego, I have started to build my own, showing pictures along the way to help others who wish to build one of their own. Its unlikely that it will be as magnificent as the real one, but I will try my best. Stay tuned! :)

The Tail design was Hiccups first attempt at creating a tail wing to help toothless take flight! I used this first design as a representation of how this is my first attempt at making toothless!

I can’t really remember any specific dreams in full, but I have really horrible dreams where my teeth all fall out! I’m sure there’s a definition for those dreams and it probably means I’m mental! I also had some really bizarre dreams about aeroplane crashes from the age of 16 to about 19, they were really realistic and vivid, and within about 1 or 2 days there would have been something on the news about an aeroplane crashing somewhere in the world. This happened about 4 or 5 times, not saying i was some kind of teenage psycic/witch or anything but it really freaked me out every time it happened.
this is my first design for my duel with taha and langko: toothless from how to train your dragon. when I designed this model, my goal was to get the BASIC shape, but I wanted to try to incorporate the playfulness as well. therefore, I just made a simpler design with the fanned tail, claws, 2 horns, 2 ears, and mid-sized wings. in the picture the wings look smaller than they are.
