Not sure if this Monarch is Australian or South African, so I will guess South African going by the driver, and the phone number being of a similar sequence as an earlier posting I made, either way it must be a fairly dry place with only one wiper, that said, I've only one on my motor, and it seems to rain every time I go out with that.
