To get the most juice out of a lemon, refrigerate then microwave it for 15 to 20 seconds. Bonus tips: Roll citrus fruits before squeezing, cut them lengthwise, and/or use a pair of tongs to squeeze instead of your own two hands.

This is one of my complaints against Adorama umbrellas.
I've ordered them as described on their website but when I received them they came dangerous tips (that you can hurt yourself or someone) and they also printed a BIG Adorama logo to make Strobist photographers promote their website and products for free.

Tagged along with a friend to Skydive Chicago. While it was too windy for him to jump, it was perfect for me to take newer pictures of the C-53 Skytrooper, a variant of the DC-3/C-47 that has been left to decay on the grounds of the jump zone.
Moose Tips: Moose kill more people than bears do. Give them plenty of room. DO NOT APPROACH THEM. moose like a lot of "personal space." Control dogs. If Lassie barks and runs toward a moose, the moose is going to defend itself. A frightened dog will run back to you for protection, and you will find yourself between your pet and 1,000 pounds of irate moose. If the moose puts down its head and lowers its ears and the hair on its back and neck go up, it's time to look for something big to get behind. If a moose chases you, you can run around a tree faster than a moose can. If a moose knocks you down, curl up in a ball, protect your head with your arms, and lie still. Don't try to move until the moose moves a safe distance away, or it may renew its attack.

Today's image is of the tip off in the mens basketball game between Tunisia and the USA. Tyson Chandler (number 4) of the New York Knicks has leapt to win possession of the ball for his team. It was taken from our seats (block 221, row 36, seats 48-50) which were in the very back row of the London 2012 basketball arena. It was very hot inside.
I just took the 50mm f1.4 as it has a wide aperture for low light which was what I needed inside. I might have got better images of the games with the 70-200 but I didn't know if that would pass security on my first trip to the Olympic Park.
