My new project: a vintage cigar house dollhouse with shabby chic decor :). I cut out a hole for the window sanded all the corners so they'd look more vintage, then stained with "driftwood" stain. Next steps: whitewash...
love my hubby's leica: when there is light it brings out such lovely detail. In england, light is lasting for about 4 hrs in the morning (at least in our house it is) So better catch it quick!!
I got a Macro Lens!! Yay! I had been saving up for a while and it finally went on sale. So here are a few results. Verdict: I need to be more conscious of dust. I had to clone out a couple that had dust on their eyes/faces. Love this lens though!

Rin looks so cute against the starlight pattern. ♥
I made the flowers in Rin's hair... the little flowers are about 1cm each, handdyed silk. The art is called "tsumami zaiku" and it is from folding tiny squares like origami. It's a Japanese technique, also called "kanzashi" in English.
