========================

~Shin Nayla~

TinkerBell who disappeared 2 years ago is slowly settling back in with my other 3 cats (two of whom had joined the family since TB left home). So thankful she returned 3 months ago, in time to re-connect with my dog, TiaMaria, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge 4 weeks ago. You can see TB's left ear is clipped - her badge of Feraldom, when at some time before I domesticated her, she was spayed and returned back to the "wild."

This was our previous cat Tinkerbell. Here in a reflective mood.

At the hair salon where my wife gets her hair done the owners have a 60 pound bit bull terrier named Tinkerbell. In spite of her breed she is one of the most friendly, mellow and gentle dogs I ever met and gladly takes head and belly rubs from anyone willing to offer and at over 12years old she gladly loves to take long naps like a cat most of the day and shows her age as she suffers from arthritis and moves stiffly when she gets up as I can sympathize with as I suffer from it too.

“All the world is made of faith, and trust, and pixie dust.”

― J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

I traced Tinkerbell's silhouette from my iPhone. Picked the smallest I can find.. less than 3 inches from tip of wing to toe and still shortened the wings a bit more. Lots of work and lots of pixie dust (glitter).. it's all over me ..and I still can't fly :)

Can you spot her?

Just in the middle she is, making my snow quite magic

My world is full of tiny treasures

It’s a dark and gloomy and wet day here and I really need some kind of magic….

So I called my friend Tinkerbell….she’s been out with us, leading us towards the magic Neverland…

If you wanna know where to go this is the right hint:

second star to the right and straight on till morning!

You'll never go wrong!

We found a wonderful sun….it was setting down …but we saw it!

It’s very cold…. I really need that land…that looks so warm and perfect!

Have a magic middle of the week!

I really hate uploading similar photos but i couldn't choose.

The rainbow-light reminded me of the "Tinkerbell" light in Peter-Pan pantomimes, see.

Sad to report that TinkerBell, my once feral cat, has been missing for a month. She escaped when I was taking TiaMaria out of the front door. Tia is my elderly black lab who has been battling both cancer and diabetes for several months and is now blind, so, she takes a long time to enter and exit the house. Tinker and Tia were absolutely bonded and poor Tia has had a very hard time adjusting to Tinker’s disappearance. Now that a month has passed, and knowing that TinkerBell has never disappeared for more than 24 hours on the odd occasions when she has escaped previously, I fear the worst has happened.

Taken while actually riding my fixed gear. Snapping shots at medium speed.
