I was by the observation area near BWI airport one COLD!!!! January morning. I saw the potential of this angle, set up the tripod, and snapped several images. This is the one that came out the best.

I want it understood - this is not the result of Photosopping; this is pre-visualization and experience in timing the shot (hehehehehe).

Sitting preparing for just 'the' moment to press the shutter is an art form in itself. Too soon and you lose. Too late and you lose...

Like the story of the Three Bears and the porridge, one bowl was too hot, one bowl was too cold and one bowl was just right. It's the same waiting for just the moment to depress the shutter to get an image 'just right'... One wave is too fast, one wave is too slow, and one wave is just right for a great image. Unfortunately this one was too slow, or the trigger finger on the shutter button was too fast!
