Note the Chrome messenger bag. Some have found this image discouraging, since it shows what appears to be a cyclist (1) without a bike and (2) standing at the opposite end of the train from the bike car.
Soon the weather will improve and demand will increase. Today Caltrain's board is considering a short-term plan for bike capacity. What we need is a long-term plan and long-term thinking.
The timetable on my soon-to-be local (hopefully) bus stop still has the timetable for night route N10, Richmond to King's Cross. I presume it was dropped when the 10 was made 24 hour, thus the 33 became 24 hour to compensate.
The bus stop at Rowlands Castle Green has two timetables displayed for Emsworth and District route 27 ; one in the shelter and one on the stop post.
Inevitably the two are different !

There is also on the post a new looking notice in which Hampshire Council declares that it is responsible for stops and shelters ; it's a pity that the person who put it up didn't check the timetables at the same time !
Not many years ago this was a busy bus stop serving up to four buses an hour. These days there is just one bus per hour to shortly after 7PM with no service on Sunday.
Timetable of Bad Pirawarth station on 15 September 2019. Ten train pairs served the station, on weekdays only. It wouldn't become better: services on the entire 'Schweinbarther Kreuz' line (Obersdorf-Groß Schweinbarth-(Bad Pirawarth)-Gänserndorf were suspended on 14 December 2019.

On the 26th of December I was waliking through the village we live in (5Km from Milan) with Francesca in her trolley when I came across a bus stop equipped with this (mostly unusable) interface: I suppose (since it WASN'T functioning) it's a digital timetable for buses.
The main problem is the on/off button: it uses an international icon, but could you imagine my grandma looking at those strange simbols? And I'd say elderly are the more frequet users of public transportation here. Strange world indeed

At the time of my visits in 1987 and 1989, the service had in reality been reduced to three journeys in each direction between Janakpur and Jaynagar and a single return service between Bizalpura and Janakpur. Thus it was impossible to travel from Janakpur to Bizalpura and back on the same day.
a present form my boyfriend mike . as he is English , on the last bank holiday he had he took advantage of the closure of his normal route to London via reading station to travel there via the Greenford Loop which he had not been on before . once there he went to Trafalgar Square to catch one of the heritage routemasters on route 9 . at his stop the frame holding the timetables was broken and this fell out of it and blew down the street . mike was able to get it and knowing my love of buses in general and routemasters in particular and also to remind me of the times we spent on the both the 9 and 15 heritage routes the last time i was in London he sent it to me .
