Siberian Tiger at Whipsnade Zoo

I went to a place call Pug Mark park in Mckinney,Texas. They rescue big cats. The cats are now in a natural habitat and are well taken care of. The cats are very playful and really run and play in their big enclosures.

One of the many tigers at the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Colorado decided to cool off.

There are only 3,200 tigers in the wild.

These animals are endangered due to deforestation, destruction of their habitats and rising sea levels, especially in India and Bangladesh.

Tigers are also illegally hunted for their skin and body parts that are used in Asian medicine.

A Tiger at Yorkshire Wildlife Park at Doncaster in South Yorkshire.

Most tigers like to eat fish. Fishsticks? Well..his name is fishy. It bothers him sometimes, but baked fish sticks are so delicious that after his friends all tried it, they stopped making fun of him for being named after such a food. Fishsticks actually has glasses, but he wears contacts most of the time since he always seems to misplace his glasses. He's pretty nearsighted, but can find his way around if needed.

Fishticks loves to play old school video games on the Super Nintendo, arcade games, and the old Playstation. He's not hip and up to date with everything, but he'd be willing to learn if you're willing to teach him!

Fishticks is about 8" tall and 6" wide, and is made of fleece, fur, and love!

Find him here! :)

It's not really a surprise when you think about it, but I still found it fascinating to see the pattern on this tiger's skin where a patch of hair had been shaved off.
