It's a common sight in the Philippines to see homeowners using a walis tingting (broom made from the palm leaf) every morning in clearing leaves that have drifted onto their property.

My next door neighbour cut the two trees down this morning that were being strangled by rope, and with our help we cleared it all and then our neighbour transported it away to the local tip..we appreciated his help and hard work, then the garden clear up started, after I power washed the fence ready for painting (tomorrow with luck if the rain holds off) then I topped up the gravel on the garden, I knew what I laid before would settle and need topping up, it's heavy work and I'm ready for an early night...

Tuesday, Moe, & Tekka-Maki are getting the rest of their clothing. It's hard to let go of anything when everything "sparks joy". And it really isn't a whole lot of clothing for five dals.
