Taken at 4am in a sleepy stupor from my bedroom window.

The outline of an avil (thuinderstorm) at left provides the perfect block for the last of the sun's rays. The earth shadow at right with anti-crepuscular rays is exactly opposite the western storm.

Well, its true - we encounter it too yesterday, in the beach near St Augustine. Shooting in rain outdoor - its almost always a complicated process, but shooting in thunderstorm on the beach - its like puling a tail of hungry tiger. Your equipment - camera, tripod, reflectors - they are became a great lightning arrester - and in open areas (like beach) you have a great chance to looks like a Christmas Tree on arsonist's party... :)
