It was a little cooler this morning, so I took a stroll around Redgate Park in Rockville. No birds unfortunately this time, but the scenery was nice.

Taken while driving around in the countryside, I came across a huge storm moving in towards me. Through the clouds a thin amount of light was shining through onto a small section of field, illuminating it brilliantly
I'm sorry folks but the Osprey's and Hawk's have been very cooperative of late, not complaining but also not to many flight ops but hope that will change.

I took this shot with my trusty iPhone! I made some big mistakes with ISO in my previous uploads so this is playing safe with settings! This capture was taken through a seminar window at the evening college in Düsseldorf.
The season is starting to change here in Central Maryland. Had some fun today with the new Sony 16/35 lens, ND filters and CPL filter ... and some flowing water.
This was quite a tricky photo to take of St Peters Basillica in the Vatican. Although you perhaps can't tell, it was taken through the keyhole of a door!
Trundling through platform 1 at Peterborough, 43299 approaches its booked stop at Fletton Junction with 1Q19 Heaton T&RSMD to London kings Cross.

Fleet Week in San Francisco!
I managed to get this shot from the Marin Headlands, using a telephoto lens.
This was the practice day, before the big event on Saturday. This stunt plane was flying over San Francisco and the bay.
Mixed in some HDR elements generated in Photomatix, but mostly RAW processed in Photoshop.
View against a sunny blue sky through the tree's crown. I took this shot some weeks ago right before autumn arrived. So the leaves were still deep green.
