Wing made me a bowl full of origami cranes for Valentine's Day, and today Hamble threaded them into a chain to hang in his bedroom.
134 skeins of DMC Pearl Cotton, Size 5. Paid $45 (includes S&H)... so only about 34 cents a skein!!!

Somehow this female Siskin has managed to get what looks like thread tangled around her toes. Hopefully it will work itself loose without causing her any damage :)
