Our second stop on the cruise was George Town. I just walked around this cool city during our stop on the third day of this cruise. This was our second stop on the Carnival Sensation during the Ann Arbor Dance Classics Cruise in 2016.
In this picture there is light and color used to enhance the quality of the photo. I didn't edit this picture, so that I could keep the rainbows as vibrant as they are. The rainbow is a nice contrast against the wall and cat.

Reflection- Rule of Thirds
The picture on the top is of a statuette. The statuette was something I picked out when I was little, and has been sitting in my backyard for years. The statuette has a damaged look on the face which is a quality that I like about this picture. Also, I moved this statuette into a specific spot to get the background of the picture just right so there wouldn’t be anything distracting from the subject. The rule of thirds line goes down the center of the statuette and the dot is in the middle of her face. I adjusted this picture in camera raw which made the statuette stand out more and the colors pop.
The picture on the bottom is of a few pears. I put these fake pears on my dad’s barbecue because I liked the pattern of it and I didn’t think it would be distracting from the pears. The first red pear in front is the subject and the rule of thirds line goes directly down the center of the pear. I had to line these pears up in a few different places before I put them here, which gave me time to practice taking pictures in different ways before getting it perfect. I rotated this picture clockwise ninety degrees to fit on the eight and half by eleven paper. I like this picture because of the way I had lined up the pears and how there were leaves there when I shot it so it gave the table a little texture. Lastly, I adjusted this picture in camera raw to adjust the colors and temperature of the picture.

this was flaky rounds of phyllo or a similar thin dough, with tasty stuff inside. We had one vegetarian and once chicken, and the filling was ground - chicken, chickpeas or lentils or something, cinnamon, some pistacios. Very savory - so the liberal dusting of powdered sugar on the top was a surprise, but it worked! Very complex, interesting flavors.
