Daily Shoot #269, use the rule of thirds obviously.
I don't know how obvious it is, so I also used the word 'three' in the picture...
It's a pretty good book, I hate to admit. Read it. (Crime and Punishment)
I was playing around with angles and my filters today, and you'd think I was using the filters on my lens. Nooooooope, props! :D

We actually got some rain today. Probably on the order of a 10th of a
inch, but none the less the clouds came in and the desert smelled of
creosote great. A nice way to end the day.
Broadway in the Third Ward is such a great street. It is so dramatically different from Broadway on the other side of I-794.
The third shot taken on Friday, 7th September. Despite having not uploaded them, the first shot was incredibly over exposed as well as not being fully wound on, whilst the second was slightly dark. In retrospect I am incredibly pleased with this shot being only the third of shot on film.

Okay, not a leap, I was trying to jump forward but I guess I froze right before and just toppled forward =).
There is one thing the photograph must contain, the humanity of the moment.
We are making photographs to understand what our lives mean to us.
The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.
The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.
I really believe there are things nobody would see if I didn’t photograph them.
i think cowls may be taking over my knitting :) i really like this one. made in auracania nature wool chunky, roomier than my first two.

The table shows the lines/ grid used in the rule of thirds. I like this photo because it shows how engrossed he is in reading the Tamil language newspaper. He probably reads his newspaper daily and so I'm grateful I captured this shot.
The table shows the rule of thirds because of the lines it has. The man is also sitting on the left of the photo, which follows the rule of thirds.
The exposure, lighting and depth of firld was just right. The photo is not too bright or too dark. I like how I did not make the depth of field too shallow because it shows the environment he is in.
