Two plum blossoms cozying up while the third one looks on, lonely. At Osaka Castle. Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. 9 March 2014.
E' un pò come rimanere sospesi in un tempo indefinito - né giorno, né notte - nel quale coesistono sia il sole che la luna...
Sospesa, sì.
"Good morning Miss Sadness, open your eyes. Jumping on the ground, walkin' and ready for the day I don't wanna lose, I don't wanna choose a way to escape 'cause I wanna create. What? A fake world to describe. Full of winners with no smile...
Waitin' for that day I don't wanna play the game, so I'm coming I'm gonna get you soon from the land of sorrow
to the Third Moon."

Started by the Franciscans in 1592. The chapel of the Third Order (which is the Order started by Saint Francis to include laypeople -- a revolutionary and still-controversial event) to the right of the main chapel, was constructed in 1733. There was a major reconstruction of this church in 1945 after an earthquake.

OK, so the barn is closer to a half than a third, but I couldn't think of another name. I liked the way the sun was hitting the frost on the fence.
Went to Hocking Hills and had the pleasure of meeting up with "Lost in the Hills". He took me on a photo tour of the county backroads as I told him I had always wanted to take pictures of some old barns. I think I've made a new friend from a "Flickr Friend" and look forward to shooting with him and Mrs. In the Hills on a future trip.
I love what he has posted from this excursion. Isn't it cool how two people can see the same scene but see totaly different things in them? He definitely has an "eye" and his post processing techniques are to be envied! No, I didn't get a shot of the bald eagle, but I did get to see him... twice thanks to LITH. Very exciting indeed and now I know where to look :) Thanks again for the wonderful "northern" hospitality!
Third Eye Blind put on an amazing and high energy sold out show at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale on 11.19.13. I stayed the whole night (instead of just shooting the first 3 songs) so I got a lot of images for the fans. Great night all around, lots of fun and looking forward to the new album!
