Our third beer was derived from a wheat beer recipe in a book I can't remember the title of! Basically, instead of American wheat yeast, we decided to go with an American ale yeast and MORE HOPS; Almost quadruple the hops!

This is a horrible image and I don't care. I'm not even sure if it qualifies for this week's theme - thirds - but it's the best I have right now. I just didn't want to miss a week. This is me on an airplane trying to see my dad before he dies. FYI, he passed about 30 min after I got there. I still plan to continue with this project but I can't guarantee the quality of my future work right now. I'm sure you all will understand.
