Sophia LOVED having her hair in pincurls (in the front) and curlers (in the back). She wore her hair like this all day on Halloween.
This more individual monkey was thoughtfully scratching its head as the rest of the gang howled at the on lookers.
We had to address the cause-effect relationship in this unit. I made the first "tree" together with the students at first, and then, in pairs, they made their own trees according to their choice (e.g. deforestation effects, oil spills effects, global warming effects etc).

I was just thinking the other day, that, while 99 percent of everything I own is thrifted, there rarely comes a time when all I'm wearing are things I've thrifted. In fact, I'd just thought to myself this morning that I probably never would have a 100 percent thrifted outfit, but in preparing to write my description I realized that, quite by accident, I put together the thriftiest outfit that was ever thrifted.

This is my version of the Thinker. This is a 3 exposure HDR rendered in photomatix. I left a little bit of the halo for a somewhat, "spiritual" feel. Hope it works. I recently went to Tampa with a friend to attend a class with Tray Ratcliff and Scott Bourne on HDR. It was very nice to see two professionals and get a taste of how they produce HDR. If your not familiar with Trey you have to see his work at www.flickr.com/photos/stuckincustoms/. If your into HDR I would highly recommend taking a look. Sorry I haven't taken the time to stay in contact with everyone. Hopefully this will change with the new year. More to come after editing.

“As you begin changing your thinking, start immediately to change your behaviour. Begin to act the part of the person you would like to become. Take action on your behaviour. Too many people want to feel, then take action. This never works.”
...bringing thoughts about change into action is hard. if it does not work, think some more...
