The conspiracy is that someone, I don't know who, demolished the twin towers using controlled demolition after waiting a presumably reasonable time, that time starting from when everyone saw two planes fly into the towers. It isn't clear to me what motive someone would have to demolish the towers or why they would demolish the towers under "control"..
What little I read was clear that there was evidence of means, the means being controlled demolition--of course the actual experts assigned to look into this found the planes being the sole reason for the towers falling.
I didn't see an explanation of opportunity. It seems no small feat to have loaded the twin towers with explosives and having no one notice.
I did go to the web site. It said that about 1500 architect and engineering professionals had signed a petition calling for investigation of what really happened on September eleventh. I don't know if that sounds like a large number, but I do know it is only a small percentage of engineers (1,500.000) and architects (250,000). That means only 1 out of every 1,000 architects and engineers have signed the petition. Talk about fringe.
Personally, I think the conspiracy theorists make money.....

An excellent, low-budget depiction of official contact with the 'Galactic Barrier', as it were, by Commander Roswell, only later to be reclassified an 'intergalactic' barrier, due to story line enhancements and more thorough evaluation of subsequent events in the 'Coliseum'.
'Commander Minus Roswell' being played by Wes Washington, current Brooklyn resident and aspiring make-up artist.
Scholars argue that due to Washington's Apache/Cherokee roots, and being raised primarily by a single mother, he'd naturally gravitate toward the Star Trek® Voyager series versus a character that ever ascends to the rank of captain aboard his own vessel.
"Nosey bastards!" he'd surely call them behind their backs, you see.
Picasso at the Lapin Agile was performed in May 2002 by the Creighton University theatre department. It is a play written by Steve Martin in 1993 and featured the characters of Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso, who meet at a bar called the Lapin Agile in Montmartre, Paris. It is set on October 8, 1904, and both men are on the verge of amazing ideas (Einstein will publish his special theory of relativity in 1905 and Picasso will paint Les Demoiselles d'Avignon in 1907) when they find themselves at the Lapin Agile, where they have a lengthy debate about the value of genius and talent while interacting with a host of other characters.

Theory is an Australian kangaroo that is retired now. I got him from my best friend, and I put him in the boy's kimono to match the bunny's kimono. I keep the two of them together as a pair. :)
