The Theme Building is a landmark structure at the Los Angeles International Airport within the Westchester neighborhood of the city of Los Angeles. It opened in 1961, and is an example of the Mid-Century modern influenced design school known as "Populuxe."

The distinctive white building resembles a flying saucer that has landed on its four legs.

Bokeh - "Presenting...Christmas Bokeh! Ta-Dah!!"

In my own words, 'a photo without bokeh is like a day without sunshine'.

Ha ha - I love bokeh and I work hard at it, trying to get it just right; the subject in the forefront sharp while the subject in the background, the bokeh, sharp enough to not be a blur but just defined enough that I can tell what it is. I am not always successful but I have fun trying.

These little elves represent a dear memory for me; my sister Sandra gave them to me when I was about eight years old. They come out of their protective wrapping every year and remarkably, they are in perfect condition.
