Earlier yesterday I went for my annual Beakerhead wander, taking in some of their art installations... This one is suitably called Tentacles...

He was my awkward weight to lift for CrossFit. Yeah it was funny and my coach asked for a video...
If it works take a peek and laugh.
I sure had fun doing it and then I DID do my workout and finished it off with a nice 2 mile run...um, no speed, just movement and mind clearing.
That is when I saw SO many Monarchs!!!

So it's now the day after Christmas and don't
think for one minute that the chores stop !
Ducks need food and as you can see here
the pecking order is well established ;-)---
But don't fool yourself, no# 1 can work
circles around any man 1/2 her age !
Doing the math, 1/2 her age would be 35 +/-.
No# 1 also gathered up a dozen papaya 4 us.
The sidecar was so full there wasn't any room
for any more banana trees or banana bunches.
Mr Nephew had to help push the scooter/sidecar
all the way over to the crazy quacking quackers.
They see us pull in and boy they go bananas !

last Saturday i was fortunate enough to see Bruce and E street band perform for over 3 hours. one of the best concerts ive seen in a very very long time. Rochester has a some what smaller venue compared to big cities.. the auditorium holds 13,000 and it was a sold out event.
....a un certo chilometro, quando ne sono passati abbastanza, ma ne mancano ancora molti...e le gambe sono già pesanti....è là che mi chiedo "ma chi me lo fa fare?" ...e ogni volta trovo qualcosa che mi fa arrivare al traguardo ...
la trovo dentro di me, ed è proprio per questo che ogni gara...ogni volta che arrivo al traguardo...vinco..

I visit many Bike conventions, museums etc, I snapped this Harley Davidson 1200 customised gas / fuel tank at the Alford GTM motorcycle convention 2016, I love AC/DC though a few had mentioned the image looks more like Donald Trump than Angus Young ,anyways thought I'd post for my Flickr friends to comment and enjoy .
Just for the record I neither agree or disagree with any policy , comment , law etc that Donald Trump implements or shares his views on .
