Viewing the oculus in the Pantheon rotunda, Rome. Taken full frame with an 8mm lens and processed with Lightroom, Photoshop, texture layers and Topaz filters.
The last moments of winter sun expose the varying textures on the side of an empty stone train as it passes Westerleigh Junction in March 2017.

I saw this quote from Anne Morrow Lindberg from a training deck at work, and it really struck a cord with me. I really despise people who are fake or say things they don't mean. I strive to be real and to be who I am. It's foolish to be someone you are not because not only do other people see through you but you will see through yourself. Then one day you will look back at yourself and wonder who you have become.

Still looking back at that sunset at Windy Post, Dartmoor. I think that (along with the Burnham visit) was my favourite shoot of 2022! This was just the general view looking out over the moor. Such an atmospheric place!
