I find the underside of this fungus more interesting then the top.

there are moments that take my breath away. like this morning: in the middle of a cold, rainy day, the sun emerged for just a few moments. and in those moments, i found beauty and peace within a puddle on the sidewalk. a little bit of sunshine can lighten my mood. it helps when i pay attention to the moments; when i notice the bits of sunshine within a gray day.

I liked the shiny bits

Saw this, it spoke to me, had to take a shot! Having our first snowfall today, winter has finally arrived! Stay warm my friends =)

To avoid confusion with some group invitations, all of my images are created from blank. Any image from a photo is clearly marked as such.

They're fiddly little monkeys but I can't resist pomegranates! Have you tried sprinkling on top of salads? Delish!!!

an earlier photo I took with another texture from Anna

A long exposure shot of the entrance to Rye harbour, Sussex. A B&W 10-stop filter gave a 1 minute exposure. I had no tripod with me that day, so made do with resting the camera on my back-pack lying on the pebbles.
