Tom Benzon, ex chitarrista di varie rock band della scena balcanica come i Kojoti e i Malehookers, si trasferisce a Londra dove continua la sua carriera di musicista con Congo Faith Healers, KT Tunstall, Jack Savoretti (con cui suona anche al Glastonbury Festival). Raggiunge il culmine della sua carriera affiancando la “Rhythm and Blues Orchestra” di Jools Holland (presentatore di “Later... with Jools Holland” ) con un “sold out” alla Royal Albert Hall di Londra.
Artista poliedrico, ha recitato in numerosi film, tra cui vanno ricordati: “Smash & Grab: The Story of the Pink Panthers” e “In The Land Of Blood And Honey”, scritto e diretto da Angelina Jolie. Sta portando in tour il suo progetto rockabilly “Cool Shakes”, da frontman e chitarrista. Sul palco del Tetris sarà affiancato da Marijo Žuvela al contrabbasso, Bobo Grujičić alla batteria e Jerko Valdevit al sax.

Un gruppo che assieme a My Bloody Valentine, Spacemen 3 e Loop ha giocato un ruolo non trascurabile nell’evoluzione del concetto di psichedelia, usando le armi del dialogo diretto con altri generi (dal noise allo space rock, non lesinando qualche puntatina nel pop dei Sixties...). Incuranti di mode, music business e cambi di formazione, i Telescopes dal 1987 continuano a far uscire dischi e a calcare palchi in giro per il mondo. Beautifully mastered fusion with other genres: from noise to space rock, through quick stops at the 60’s pop. Ignoring trends and music business and despite lineup changes, Telescopes keep popping out records and play live sets around the world since 1987. In a few words, missing out on the chance to see them live, right here, at home, at Tetris, would not be a smart move.

CGB sta per Crime Gang Bang, una storia che inizia a Imperia nel 1987, col sette pollici "Figli Della Rabbia, Figli Del Dolore" del 1987, e riprende nel corso degli anni Zero (l'apprezzatissimo Stanze del 2006, ad esempio) all'insegna di un hardcore old school, per niente nostalgico e con testi taglienti. Tra live album e inediti si arriva fino a oggi col cd "Tra le tue rughe" del 2014 un avvicendamento al microfono (fuori Davide, dentro Gippy).

Sul palco del Tetris sarà affiancato da Marijo Žuvela al contrabbasso, Bobo Grujičić alla batteria e Jerko Valdevit al sax.

This was some juicy unbuying. I had this when I was 11 or so, and wore and played it occasionally, so I could probably come up with an excuse to keep it. But I didn't! I obviously have no need for a tetris watch in my life, and I did what needed to be done.
James, however, had his tetris watch, just like this one, stolen from him when he was a kid. Years later, he bought mine and recovered...something. You'd have to ask him.
Also, if he reads his local paper, The Berkshire Eagle, he sees my brother Ben's photo editing.

Used orange peel quilting motif on squares. Did not quilt yellow border. Spiral motif around blue border; approximately same size spirals as circles from orange peel motif. Binding is random pieces of fabric left over from fabric used in the quilt top.
Dana created the world's first tetris bale to fit within the timberframe of the garden cabin built during Yestermorrow's 2007 Natural Building Intensive.

This is what happens when you beat B Mode on level 9 with a height of 5 in Tetris. This is one of the coolest endings I've ever seen in a video game. All your favorite Nintendo characters are dancing and playing cool instruments. Check out Bowser with the accordion. A rare sight, let me tell you.

also i wanted to use the rasta colors but also use an official tetris color sheme, so i found that the Atari colors work just perfect with the pieces i chose (oh wait, the J piece got reversed right there, damnit!):

Se sei di Manchester, la musica ti circonda e ti segna che tu lo voglia o no: dagli anni Novanta la città è terreno di crescita per artisti eccellenti (dagli Oasis ai Chemical Brothers, per intenderci). E da qualche tempo ha nel mazzo anche assi come Richard Lomax, musicista folk di grande talento. Anche se solo di folk non si può parlare, perché Lomax porta in musica i suoi sogni: parte dalla chitarra e dall'omnichord, ma poi in realtà usa di tutto. Una figura, insomma, dall'innata poliedricità.
Richard, tra l'altro, dal 2009 al 2013 ha militato nella band sperimentale Johnny5thWheel&thecowards, che nel 2010 ha esordito con “TalesOf...”, un album accolto con entusiasmo dalla critica, tanto che il sito musicale Whisperin' & Hollerin' l'ha descritto come “lavoro di un genio”.
Attualmente è impegnato con la composizione del suo nuovo disco da solista, ma intanto viene a trovarci a Tetris. E noi siamo ben felici di regalarvi questo gioiello britannico di semplicità e sogni!

If you come from Manchester music is all around and inside you, whether you want it or not: starting from the nineties, the city gave birth to some music elite like Oasis and Chemical Brothers. Richard Lomax, a folk musician of great talent is also a proud son of the Albion’s metropolis. We cannot limit to only folk though, it’s more than that, Lomax takes his dreams and transforms them into music using his guitar, omnichord and anything else he can find to play. Polyedricity at it’s finest, ladies and gentlemen. From 2009 to 2013 part of Johnny5thWheel&thecowards, with “TalesOf...” out in 2010, a critically acclaimed full length with Whisperin' & Hollerin' calling it a “work of a genius”.
