Been playing around with a new piece and thought i'd paste up one of the test sprays.

This is the first flight from Heathrow in five days. It's a test flight to Ireland to see what happens to the plane fro the ash.

Testing my filters before the actual event. Using two polarized filters at 90º to make a reasonably strong neutral density filter.

Testing how the shutter speed affects the image quality with fluorescent lights.

These are two bursts shot with the same manual setup, only changing the shutter speed between the bursts.

The top two are shot with 1/125 and bottom ones with 1/100. Setting the shutter speed so that it's dividable by your countries electric current frequency (50 hertz in Europe) causes no coloring effects. Where as setting the shutter speed to something not dividable by the electric current frequency causes strange coloring issues.
