OKay so while I test lights it makes most sense for me to be the 'model' eikkkkk not a fan but I think the lighting came out okay

Elinchrom Skyport Universal test:
I placed 2 Canon flashes with 2 Elinchrom Skyport receivers in a house in front of mine and then made them fire from a distance of about 100/150m.
One was in the balcony, in direct sight, the other was inside the apartment, completely out of sight.
Remarkably also the flash positioned inside the apartment fired.
They work.

As part of work, I got to visit an anechoic test chamber used for EMC testing. The testing laboratory had several of these chambers, of which this was the largest. It was lit by cool blue floodlights as well, though I'm not sure why (apart from the effect possibly).

A borrowed limited edition of Sailor Sapporo Series Demonstrator for test writing on my journal pages. Very impressed with the smooth flow of the ink from its engraved 14k gold nib. It's one sexy looking fountain pen for a sexy lady like my Boss who is one of the 500 persons in the world to own this pen... hehe.
I will just stick to my cheaper Lamy's.
Direct Rail's 37607 with 37259 on the rear heads the 1Q14 test train from Crewe to Holyhead and return and is seen at Belmont Road bridge just outside Bangor.
