I was setting up for my "Messy" photo this week for Coulee's project and Jack stepped in to help. He's such a good boy.

So, I've built a BETA version of Swooshable's Font Tester. Try it out! You can select fonts to preview and write a custom message.
Feedback is greatly appreciated - one can always improve. Cole has already given tons - thanks man! More fonts will be added automatically as I add them to Swooshable's font directory. Going to keep working on that now.
Hope you like it. It was a fun build.
AAA came to my house last Monday to see if my battery needed to be replace. My car wouldn't start. My battery was three years and 3 months old. It did need replacing. The life expectancy is about two years, so my old one did well.
I was impressed with this Midtronics test unit which evaluated the entire electrical system in my 1996 Toyota Carola.. Everything checked out fine. Only the battery needed to be replaced. The service guy replaced it on the spot. It should last another three years, plus or minus.
I am also entitled to a free servicing at a specific auto service center nearby. I love Triple A!!

Empire Test Pilots School English Electric Lightning T.5 XS422 taxies out for a practice display prior to their upcoming families Day, 12th September 1985.
With a Chinook hovering in the distance the main runway was out of action during works there so they were using the shorter cross-runway.
Stored for many years, she's currently coming back to 'life' with the AALO at Stennis, Mississippi where engine runs have already taken place.

The ultimate high!
Empire Test Pilot School's BAC (English Electric) Lightning T.5 XS422.
Taken during a low and 'dirty' flypast and in less than ideal conditions at the 'Families Day' held at the A&AEE Boscombe Down in Wiltshire on the 21st September 1985.
The main runway was under re-construction back then so they were using their shorter cross-runway. Luckily the cross-wind component was within limits and of course - she was in the capable hands of one of the Empire Test Pilots School's top instructors!
'Tester' is the radio call-sign of all ETPS aircraft

Built a tiny Shutter Speed Tester.

Classical film cameras have mechanical shutter that doesn't require a battery. However, film camera shutters that have not been used for many years may not work accurately. Shutter Speed Tester checks if the shutter speed of the film camera is accurate.
