Tempest looks as sweet as her personality allows, her name says it all. She sits by the warm fire with her friends. Tempest is a custom LIV doll I did. everything was made by me except the vest. (I have to figure out how to make those)
These are the three mood boards I created for The Tempest poster re-design brief. The first one looks at key themes of the play, which were letter pressed all over the mood board. Also I looked at other artists work like Shepard Fairey, and Robbie Fuct an American poster designer who creates strong images to catch the eye of the audience with minimal type. The second mood board went into more depth on the design, looking at colour schemes and type; I chose to go with a psychedelic colour palette to tie in with the magical theme of the tempest so I researched the psychedelic era and the Beatles illustrator Heinz Edelmann and also looked at what psychadelia means to teens today. The last mood board looks at mock ups and the workshops we did like photography, letter press, illustrations and hand rendered type.
The Island has gone quiet and Ariel has found liberty, but the memories live on in these production photos of our immersive adventure through Shakespeare's The Tempest.

I think this is due to the (digital) camera's ability to pick up on the infra-red ( try viewing and photographing the infra-red LED on a TV remote while holding down one of it's buttons).
