This is from a self project I have been working on recently where I throw away the rule book of composition, focus and all what you know about photography, and try to create a series of photos which are poorly shot but interesting, Such as top left there is motion blur, top right, a big smear as I shot inside the car, bottom left is chaotic and has no specific set subject, and bottom right is a lorry blurred by the rain on the windscreen. I have really enjoyed this project as it has made me think much more creatively and I encourage everyone to give it a shot, Also this image will be used for the second tutorial I am currently writing for Sedgemoor Camera Club (hopefully will be uploaded by tonight) which will teach members how to create a collage in photoshop.
A new commissioned model : a classic style Technic tractor. Shot here with an old Technic figure to show the size. With, of course, a functional steering system and a gear on the rear wheels to rotate the coupling pin.
Interesting model to create as it's my first Technic model... no kidding ;)
Comes in red and black just like it was deadpool next vehicle ... no worse than a little scooter, right?
The Further Exploring & Roaming Integrated System Wheel was designed by the infamous Vehicle Design Department of Llwyngwril Systems. Frequent claims had been made that the designers were unbalanced and so the they set out to produce a vehicle that was all about equilibrium. The Tarren Trade Authority commissioned a machine that could carry two people across rugged terrain on unexplored planets. They specified that it should have large wheels, capable of rolling through or over large craters.
The FERIS Wheel used the weight of its 8848 engine, hanging from the drive axle to help balance its twin cabs. The unusual wheels gave a natural spring/suspension to the ride. The drivers' cabs were access by hinged roofs, in true Classic Space style. Drivers had to be careful to dismount simultaneously, in order to keep the vehicle balanced.
These distinctive vehicles were retired after only a short service life. They had limited cargo carrying capacity. Such cargo as they could carry always had to be loaded in even numbers, half in each cabin. This meant that items such as single packets of Rich Tea biscuits, had to be split open in order to be transported and were frequently eaten before they arrived at their destination.
Worst still, some drivers were more susceptible to biscuits than other (especially when chocolate digestives were involved). These drivers put on weight from biscuit snaffling and eventually became too heavy to balance their co-drivers. Faced with putting its staff on crash diets or buying a more sensible vehicle, the Tarren Trade Authority opted for the latter solution.
Film of the vehicle in action can be seen here.

A technical landing, even for our experienced pilots. Those shall only be done on clear days with stable aerology.
Hello everyone!
My name is Manuel Nascimento and I'm an AFOL, fan of Porsche and the legendary race 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The Challenge:
What challenged me in this construction was to create a LEGO replica of the winning car number 19 of 2015. The main intent for the construction of this model was for static display or exhibition. I don't think that this car is a good model to roll in the ground since is very low, very heavy and it would end up in bad shape. Nevertheless I decided to include PF so that it would make the model more fun and alive. Without ruining the aesthetic looks of the car (since PF take up a lot of space), I was able to put in lights, doors and hood (or bonnet) with electric opening, direction and traction in on gear. I don't have instructions of the model, honestly I'm not very much at ease working with LDD or LDraw related software, and besides it would have been too complicated and with many PF wires.
Decoration:
Decoration is commonplace in every race car, it's an important detail e brings the model to life! I know that there are too many stickers in the MOC but the real car also has them. I must say that I had too much fun decorating the car but at the same time I also had a lot of work because all stickers were hand made. The wheels are LEGO and they are not chromed, they have chromed stickers applied. Some of you may not like that, I'm sorry, but that's my style to these kind of cars.
You can check this model out in Bricks magazine issue 15 with a small interview.
Next model: 2016 version
Hope you like it. Thank you.

Since today was the coldest day we have had since May I though that the warmth of Jamaica might be appropriate! I took this one while sitting at the bar on evening, waiting for our dinner reservations. The clouds that we saw while we were there were some of the best I've ever seen!
As for the technical details of this shot, I processed it a while ago and can't remember all the treatment. I don't want to give a partial story, so I will skip them today!
I hope that you all have a great week!
I don't mind invitations, but please no big, shiny, flashing, glitter graphics, they will be deleted. Also, please contact me if you would like to use my pictures for any reason, as all rights are reserved. Thanks!

Coccinella septempunctata. A voracious predator that may eat as many as five thousand aphids, hemiptera, and bionicle mask bugs in its brief three- to six-week lifespan. Or until I take it apart. Bold red and black markings warn larger creatures that ABS tastes awful and is hard to chew.
With all those studs, perhaps this one is more "model team" or "creator" than "technic"? It's technic on the inside though. Simple functions. The legs are driven by the black twelve-tooth bevel gear. And the wings, once deployed, flap together from the dark bley eight-tooth gear.
The big 3,000 piece UCS version with motorized legs, elytra, and wings is still under development…

Decided to try to see if the lights in the kitchen could substitute for daylight in a pinch - results are not great but I think I finally have a cheap idea of how I can muzzle my flash for future pictures.
@junchen.meng has built my Ford F100 and added custom rims with chrome all over!! It was quite challenging to design the wheel arches over the wheeels with a functional turning radius this truck drives fast with 2 buggy motors 😤 have a haunted start to your weekend everyone ! #lego #technic #scalemodel
Built in 1906 by the Skagen association of craftsmen based on plans drafted by architect Ulrik Plesner (1861-1933). Whereas the main occupation in the town was fishing, there was also a need for talented craftsmen, especially during the period of economic growth around 1900.
(From the book "Houses of Skagen" by Hans Sejlund)
The underlying technic frame (with construction exoskeleton of course). This is from quite early on before the East Tower was even started or the bridge facing added. I ended up removing the grey panels underneath when I made the bridge white, but the frame remains.
Kodak Portra 400. I am still learning to focus my OM1. It's not necessarily difficult it's just different to what I'm used to. But I always think, when I have photographs that are technically incorrect, I've taken them, I've paid for them to be processed, may as well post them somewhere! ;-) Model: Sian. Find me elsewhere! If you can read the diagram you can see I intended this to be multi format. Once I started I decided to KISS and make it only 6x6 and 6x9, but that may not happen as I'm running out of room. I'll do the film advance next before deciding to add the 6x9. Even that may be difficult as it involves changing the focal length and making the front/back cover removable.
The sixth image in a series...this one inspired by one of my all-time favorite episodes of I Love Lucy--the one where Lucy and Ethel get jobs, most infamously in a candy factory. :)
A friend of mine, who is an eager knitter, found a picture of one of these and asked if I could make one. Of course I couldn't - I'm bordeline idiot when it comes to mechanics. But I could find the right parts for my brother, and he made one in no time. So if your knittingwool is a mess Lego can solve your problem :)
I'm selling out!
After weeks, if not months of work I've got the instructions for the black Tumbly ready.
This time, I'm hoping to get something in return for all that work.
If you want the instructions, Paypal an amount you deem suitable to mahjqa [a] gmail [.] com . Minimum is €5 / $6 , otherwise Paypal will eat most of it.
The higher this amount is, the sooner I'll get around to mailing you the instructions.
Some things to keep in mind:
-The instructions you receive are not to be shared with anyone else
-You'll receive a .zip file with 140 or so JPEG images.
-Embedded on there, in various subtle and unsubtle ways, is your name. So should they leak, I'll know who did it. In this case, I'll reserve the right to slap you in the face.
-This clever anti-piracy scheme may not be foolproof, and eventually the instructions will find their way online. There is nothing I can do about that.
-In fact, eventually (months from now) I'm planning to put these online myself.
-So what you're paying for is to get these before anyone else does. And to support and encourage me to build more shiny things.
-No refunds for any reason.
The main fighting vehicle of many militias and rebel movements across the world. Especially in Africa where Diamond Creek employs them as their main workhorse. Cheap, available in great numbers, and easily modified these trucks, and their crews, are easily replaced in the event of failure and destruction.
This thing has been sitting around for far too long, and has gone through numerous changes over it's life time. It is primarily based on KingBrick's Light Security Vehicle as well as a few others. These pictures are already outdated as I've changed a few things such as raising the suspension a plate. I'll have to post more pictures or a scene with the newer version in it soon. Enjoy.
Thanks for visit, comments and awards
