Technical: I used an f-stop of 4.0 so the picture was bright, but you could also see the water clearly. It was a sunny day so my ISO was 100, and a shutter speed of 1/125 got me perfect lighting.
Composition: I wanted the blurry rock in the bottom of the picture so it gave you a feel of looking over an edge. The framing of the picture leads your eye down the wall and to the water.
Content/Audience: I'm trying to evoke people's sense of adventure with this picture.

Nonmagnetic gold plated screws and lift arm, and cartridge wires are soldered to headshell rear contacts for a more direct connection to the Cardas tonearm wires. Grado body is made of Australian Jarrah wood and the ebony headshell wood is also used to make instruments such as clarinets.
Members of York Tech's chapter of the National Technical Honor Society participated in the inaugural Cool Schools Polar Plunge on Feb. 7, 2025. This event supported Special Olympics Pennsylvania and the many athletes and events it sponsors.

AIS screen grabs. This gives an idea of the shipping intensity in the English Channel. The ships are moving at anything up to 20kts, while our yacht (the circle near the centre) was making 6kts. It is like strolling across an autostrada!
