This walkway was built around 1993-94 when this site was IBM Kingston NY but in 1995 IBM pulled out and about 7000 jobs also moved most relocated but many where layed off this site is now called tech city, some new jobs moved in but not as much as hoped for...I work in one of the old buildings on this site

This is a former IBM Kingston NY building built in the mid 1950's and closed in 1995 and then called TECH CITY since 1998.
This building used to be Caldor department store closed about 1999 with the old IBM complex closed since 1995 in the back ground now called tech city in the town of Ulster NY.
This is just Burlington now.

Seen at the long closed IBM Kingston NY plant the 3 story building in the background was opened in 1984 and I think it will be saved.
