This was my mother's favourite teacup and saucer ~ she only used this on special occasions!! I'm not sure how old this will be but I do recall her drinking her tea from this when I was a young boy .... and that wasn't yesterday!

I ordered the TeaCup pouch from Patchwork Pottery and this is what I received... a lovely package with lots of goodies! Thank you soooooo much for everything, Laurraine, the package surely made my day!!! ps. That apple cinnamon tea is one of my favorites, reminds me of my year in Maine :).
This is the one that I didn't use for yesterday's Smile on Saturday theme 'portray a movie'.
I loved this Cary Grant comedy when I first saw it years ago, but looking back it should have been a glass of elderberry wine in the background!
Finally jumping on the teacup bandwagon. But I don't think I can stuff any newborns in here! LOL This is Clover. Emma's new pet. When we were brainstorming names, Emma wanted "Clover" after one of our favorite songs, "I'm looking over a four leafed clover, that I've over looked before...." And I said, "Oh no cuz Rachel, my flickr contact, just named her baby that three weeks ago." Realizing this thought process was absurd to a six year old, we decided that Clover was a fine name for a hamster.
Playing around today with still life photos. Processed with Florabella actions and textures by Sarah Gardner.
Thundercove Teacup - unfortunately erosion has removed the handle, this is all that is remaining.

For 2016: one photo each day (79/366) and for Macro Monday theme "inheritance". My wife inherited this miniature teacup from her grandmother, who collected these things. Although it appears to be made for a dollhouse, it bears the stamp of an English china maker, and was acquired from an antique store in New York City. For scale I placed a normal size coffee mug behind the teacup.
he made me miss disneyland !

I can't seem to stop thinking I always need one or two or three more teacups. And I do drink from a different one each day, depending on what color I need a little bit of. And if I haven't drunk from one in a while, of course I can't let it feel neglected. :)

Alice in Wonderlands cup?
This one I only created 1 spiral and gently stretched ,also use the magnify tool to bring the image bigger or far away did not rotate it either , I then took back into PS and cropped to a square and tidied up any stray bits with cloning out , I created a new white layer on top which I could mask in , using the eyedropper tool to match the color of the china . It didn't need much as it worked a treat in the program .
