This parent flew to the forest floor right underneath it's two young, about 10 minutes later, both owlets tried the same thing in a different spot. Testing out their pouncing abilities with leaves and moss. Pretty soon they will be grabbing up rodents like their parents!

Looks like Guinevere and Arthur have shifted their nest site from the Research Farm to the Pumping Station. She was out with two juveniles yesterday.
Had visitors last night. She brought in her two young cubs and showed them it's safe out here and its clean to drink.

Nanak's teachings are founded not on a final destination of heaven or hell, but on a spiritual union with God which results in salvation.
The chief obstacles to the attainment of salvation are social conflicts and an attachment to worldly pursuits, which commit men and women to an endless cycle of birth — a concept known as reincarnation.
This was shot before sunset at the Athsath Tirath, in front of the Golden Temple in Amritsar (Punjab).
The leaves in the tree were making shadows on the people and on the marble platform.
I always enjoy to come to this place in order to watch the devotees, they seem to be connected to the Divine and their faith gives me strength and energy.
This is only a minor section of the architectural commune of Sri Harimander, but it abounds in as much sanctity.
It is said bathing once at the Athsath Tirath is as auspicious as the pilgrimage of the 68 holy places in India.
The Athsath Tirath is situated opposite the har Ki Paureey in the center of the eastern bank of the Amrit-sarovar.
It is said Sri Guru Arjan Dev ji, while supervising excavation of the tank, used to sit here.

Koishikawa Kōrakuen Garden (小石川後楽園) is in Koishikawa, Bunkyō, Tokyo, adjacent to Tokyo Dome City. It is one of two surviving Edo period clan gardens in modern Tokyo, the other being Kyu Shiba Rikyu Garden, and one of the oldest and best preserved parks in Tokyo.
The construction was started in 1629 by Tokugawa Yorifusa, the daimyo (feudal lord) of Mito han, and was completed by his successor, Tokugawa Mitsukuni.
Mitsukuni named this garden "Kōraku-en" (Kōraku means "enjoying afterwards") after a Chinese teaching of "a governor should worry before people and enjoy after people". The garden shows strong Chinese character in its design, as it was influenced by the West Lake of Hangzhou. (Wikipedia)
