.... my first tapioca pudding ever, in coconut cream topped with caramellized mango.... I have to admit, it is not bad at all. :)

Today, we celebrate Saint Béatrice, yeah! We do celebrate people's first names in France So I treated myself with the making a dessert I love! Berry jelly with coconut tapioca, grapefruit and hazelnut/coconut crumble. I will post the recipe on my blog soon.
